What canvas sizes are available?

Our 14 standard canvas designs come in 11 × 14 in and 24 × 36 in sizes. Orientation follows the artwork: horizontal pieces measure 14 × 11 in or 36 × 24 in. Both sizes belong to the same design. HEAVY SUN is available only as a horizontal 36 × 24 in canvas.

Do the canvases come with an outer frame?

INFIIDENT canvases are sold without an outer decorative frame.

How is the artwork printed on the mugs?

Each design is printed around the body of a white 15 oz mug, with the artwork positioned to the side of the handle. Different parts of the composition come into view as you turn the mug.

What does the 1/1 edition mean?

HEAVY SUN is a single edition of one canvas, available only in the horizontal 36 × 24 in format. This edition will not be reprinted. The buyer receives a personalized certificate. Ownership of the canvas does not transfer reproduction or commercial usage rights.

Where does INFIIDENT ship?

INFIIDENT currently ships to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Shipping is included. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military addresses are not included in our current delivery area.

Is shipping included?

Yes. Shipping is included in the price of every order shipped to the United States.

When will my order arrive?

For deliveries to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C., current estimates are 5–8 business days for canvases and 6–8 business days for mugs, including production and shipping. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Items in the same order may arrive separately.

What is your return policy?

We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Your rights for defective, incorrect or undelivered goods remain protected. How can I track my order?
