Who is responsible
INFIIDENT is operated by Miguel Pérez Baile, Calle Los Puentes de Madison 27, 5.º A, 50019 Zaragoza, Zaragoza, Spain. He is the controller of the personal data processed to operate this store. For privacy questions or requests, use our contact form, email contact@infiident.com, or write to this postal address. Include enough information to identify your request; do not send payment-card details.
Information we use
We process the information you provide when ordering, contacting us or subscribing: your name, contact, billing and shipping details, selected products, order and payment status, correspondence and privacy preferences. Payment providers handle payment credentials; we receive transaction information needed to administer your order. Shopify also processes device and usage information, such as IP address, browser, identifiers, pages viewed and cart activity. Information comes from you, your interactions with the store and the providers involved in delivering the service.
Purposes and legal bases
- Orders, payment administration, production, delivery and related assistance: performance of the purchase contract or steps you request before buying.
- Accounting, tax records and legally required responses: compliance with legal obligations.
- Proportionate security, fraud prevention and handling or defending claims: our legitimate interests in protecting the store and its customers, balanced against your rights.
- Optional tracking, personalized advertising and promotional email subscriptions: consent where required. Marketing subscription is voluntary. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Providing the information needed for an order is necessary to process and deliver it. Optional marketing consent is not a condition of purchase.
Providers and sharing
Namecheap Private Email hosts our customer-service mailbox and processes the correspondence sent to or from it. Shopify hosts the storefront and checkout and supports order records, notifications, translations and store automations. Printful receives the order, recipient and delivery information needed to produce and ship your items, including through its service providers and carriers. Payment providers process payments when you use a method offered at checkout. We may disclose relevant records to professional advisers or public authorities when needed to meet legal duties or handle claims.
Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled. Shopify may combine information about your activity in our store with interactions involving Shopify and other merchants to provide enhanced services, including personalization, advertising and analytics. Information is shared with Shopify and relevant third parties, which may be in other countries. For these enhanced services, Shopify has its own responsibility for processing and privacy requests. Read Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy and use its privacy portal for applicable choices and rights.
Cookies and your choices
Necessary technologies support functions such as security, the cart and checkout. Use our cookie banner to accept or reject optional analytics, personalization and marketing technologies, and reopen Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choices. Declining optional cookies does not prevent you from buying.
Where applicable, use Your Privacy Choices to opt out of data sharing or targeted advertising, or contact us to make that request. Where legally required, Shopify also recognizes Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out for the relevant browser or device. This does not mean that every browser “Do Not Track” signal is supported. Promotional emails include an unsubscribe option; necessary order and service messages may still be sent.
International processing
Shopify, Printful and other providers may process information outside Spain or your country, including in the United States. Where European data-protection rules require safeguards for a transfer, applicable mechanisms include adequacy decisions or approved contractual safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. You may contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data. Our US delivery area does not mean all personal data is stored or processed only in the United States.
Retention and security
Order, transaction and related correspondence records are retained for managing the purchase and for the accounting, tax and claim periods that apply. Inquiry records are kept while needed to resolve the inquiry and related claims. Marketing data is used while the subscription remains valid; a limited record of withdrawal or objection may be retained to respect your choice. Consent and security records are retained as needed to document choices, investigate incidents and meet legal obligations. A legal duty or unresolved claim can require longer retention of relevant records. We do not apply a single unlimited retention period to all information.
We use the platform's access and security controls and limit access to information needed for the service. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and complaints
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. Contact us using the email, form or postal address above. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity or an authorized representative's authority. We will respond within the deadlines required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
You may complain to a competent data-protection authority, including the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). Where applicable, you can also ask us to review a refusal of your request. Rights relating to Shopify's own processing can be exercised through its privacy portal.
Children and updates
The store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; a parent or guardian may contact us about a child's information. We may revise this policy when our services or legal requirements change, update the date above and provide any notice required by law.
