Refund policy

We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States only.

No voluntary change-of-mind returns

We do not offer voluntary returns, refunds or exchanges because you changed your mind or selected the wrong size or design. Please check the product description, dimensions and selected variant before ordering. This does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or undelivered goods

Email contact@infiident.com or contact us through our contact form and include your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging can help us investigate damage or printing issues. We will provide the remedy required by the law applicable to your purchase. Where a return is needed for a legally required remedy, you will not bear costs that the law requires us to cover. Contact us before mailing an item back, as a physical return may not be necessary.

Return instructions

Contact INFIIDENT with your order number so we can identify the correct return instructions and the relevant Printful facility. Do not send a package to an arbitrary facility. Where the return is assigned to Printful's US/Mexico return facility, address it to INFIIDENT Returns, 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas 75019, United States. Orders handled by another facility or fulfillment partner may require a different address.

These facilities receive product returns only; they are not INFIIDENT's legal or general correspondence addresses. Delivery of a package to Printful does not by itself approve a refund. INFIIDENT remains responsible for your claim and applicable consumer rights.

Refunds and mandatory rights

Where a refund is due, we will use the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed, and comply with the applicable refund deadline. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory rights relating to defects, incorrect goods, non-delivery, shipment delays or other rights that cannot legally be waived.
