Shipping policy

Delivery area and shipping cost

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military addresses are outside our current delivery area. Shipping is included in the product price for eligible delivery addresses.

Estimated delivery

Our canvases and mugs are printed on demand through Printful. Current estimated delivery times are 5–8 business days for canvases and 6–8 business days for mugs, including production and shipping. The estimate starts when we receive your completed order, payment authorization and the information needed to fulfill it. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Availability, production and carrier conditions can affect delivery.

Packages and tracking

Items in the same order may ship and arrive separately. Once an item ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Separate packages may have separate tracking links.

Delays

If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will notify you and explain the revised timing or why it is not yet known. We will provide the applicable option to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund. Our policy on change-of-mind returns does not limit mandatory cancellation or refund rights.

Address corrections and delivery problems

Check your delivery address before placing your order. If you need to correct it, or if your parcel is delayed, missing or undeliverable, email contact@infiident.com or contact us promptly using our contact form and include your order number. An address change may no longer be possible once fulfillment has started. We will review the order and explain the available next steps.
