About INFIIDENT
INFIIDENT is operated from Spain by Miguel Pérez Baile. Our Legal Notice identifies the seller. You can contact us through our contact form.
Products and editions
Our products feature visual artwork printed on demand through Printful. Each product page describes the artwork, materials, available sizes and orientation. Standard canvases are offered in 11 × 14 in and 24 × 36 in formats, with width and height following the artwork's orientation. They are stretched over wooden bars and do not include an outer frame. Our mugs are white ceramic, 15 oz.
HEAVY SUN is a single 1/1 canvas edition, exclusively in the horizontal 36 × 24 in format, with a personalized certificate. That edition will not be reprinted. The first completed, paid purchase receives the edition. If a simultaneous purchase cannot be fulfilled because the single edition has already sold, that purchase will be canceled and refunded in full. Purchasing a physical product or certificate does not transfer rights to reproduce or commercially exploit the artwork.
Images and presentation
INFIIDENT uses artificial intelligence in the creation of its visual artwork and product mockups. Mockups are digital product visualizations. The description and selected size define the item ordered; room settings and decorative objects are not included. Screen settings and physical printing can affect the appearance of colors. This does not limit your rights if a product fails to match its description.
Prices and delivery area
Our United States retail prices are fixed in US dollars. Shipping is included for delivery to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or military addresses. Any applicable taxes and the final order total are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
Placing and reviewing an order
You can shop in English or Spanish. Select a product and an available size, add it to your cart, and review the items and total. Before submitting payment, you can remove items or correct your contact, delivery and billing details. Creating an account is not required. The available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
You place your order by completing checkout and submitting payment. Shopify provides an order confirmation and an order-status link. Keep your confirmation. We retain electronic order records in our store administration; you can consult the order-status link or request your order details through our contact form. You can save or print these terms using your browser before ordering.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us promptly with your order number. A request does not guarantee that a product already in production can be changed. This does not affect any mandatory right to correction, cancellation or refund.
Delivery, returns and problems
See our Shipping Policy for delivery estimates and tracking. If we cannot ship within the applicable promised period, we will notify you and offer the delay-consent or cancellation and refund options required by law.
We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or voluntary order cancellation. This does not affect claims for damaged, defective, incorrect or misdescribed products, delivery problems, or other rights required by law. Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to report a problem. Do not send a product back before receiving return instructions.
Questions, complaints and your rights
Email contact@infiident.com, use our contact form or write to the postal address in our Legal Notice for questions or complaints. Include your order number, a description of the issue and, when relevant, photographs of the product. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, imposes compulsory arbitration, or prevents you from approaching a competent authority or court. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by the relevant legal rules.
Privacy and cookies
Our store is hosted by Shopify. See our Privacy Policy for information about personal data and providers. You can reopen Cookie preferences in the store footer to manage optional cookies.
Shopify hosts our store and processes information about visits and purchases. With Shopify Network Intelligence enabled, information about activity in our store may be used together with interactions involving Shopify and other merchants to provide enhanced services, including personalization, advertising and analytics. Information is shared with Shopify and relevant third parties that may be in other countries. See Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy and its privacy portal for applicable choices and rights.
